I work with both adults and children. I have extensive experience working with parents directly to help sort out the strong feelings that get invoked by struggles in parenting. These may include feelings related to childhood trauma or other painful childhood memories. I also treat young adults as they seek to chart their own way in the world.
I’m happy to talk through any questions you may have about working with me and what to expect from the therapy process. I offer sessions in person and online, accept insurance, and provide a sliding scale to help make therapy more accessible to those who are underinsured.
