I specialize in working with young adults traversing school, work, and life challenges. I have extensive training and experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I have an individualized and strengths-based framework.
My approach to psychotherapy is relational and psychodynamic, while utilizing other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness techniques, techniques of Grief Therapy, and Expressive Therapies when helpful. I recognize the centrality of the mind-body connection and the importance of holistic care.
I work with people across the spectrums of gender, race, sexuality, age, and class. I strive to create a safe and accessible space for all identities, body types, and abilities. I offer therapy for a range of experiences including: mood disorders, self-esteem, navigating life transitions, identity development, relationships, grief and loss, and trauma.
