Eliada Homes’ Intensive In-Home program provides structured, team-based treatment for youth ages 3–21 experiencing significant emotional or behavioral challenges. We operate two teams, each with one licensed clinician and two Qualified Professionals. Services occur in the home and community 3–4 times per week and last 6–8 months, with frequency decreasing as progress is made. We provide trauma-informed therapy, family support, crisis stabilization, and care coordination. We accept Vaya Medicaid Tailored Plan and Healthy Blue Medicaid. Serving Buncombe, Henderson, and Haywood counties. Our referral link is available on our profile.
We specialize in supporting youth and families facing trauma, behavioral challenges, mood instability, and family conflict. Our trauma-informed approach builds emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving skills. We help stabilize crises, reduce risk of higher levels of care, and strengthen family systems for lasting change.
