I focus on working with adolescents, transitional youth, and adults navigating life changes, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, &/or processing diagnoses of ADHD &/or Autism as adults. I use a combination of talk therapy, EMDR, DBT, & TF-CBT.
