These intrusive stories work hard to paint a picture of a life of inadequacy, failure, and stuck-ness while simultaneously erasing our once-dynamic, multi-faceted identities. Even further, the problem-story seeks to limit if not annihilate our creativity, hopes, and possibilities for how we think about ourselves and our relationships.
Through collaborative and non-pathologizing conversation, my approach seeks to challenge these totalizing stories of deficiency and re-locate YOU (your stories, talents, skills, etc.) as we honor the ways in which you'd like to grow.
