My areas of focus/specialty are relationships (couples and individuals), anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and parenting. Over the years, I have worked with different populations and in different settings giving me the expertise to hone my skills to bring empathy, care, and knowledge to any mental health or personal struggle you are going through at this time.
