As someone who has worked for years as a teacher and then as a school-based mental health clinician, I am energized by the belief that adolescence is a time of challenge, growth, and discovery. I understand the importance of centering the lived experiences of young people, setting a goal, and pursuing that goal so our time is always valuable. In my practice, I provide a confidential and supportive one-on-one therapeutic space for Colorado-based adolescents and young adults struggling with school, self-concept, life transitions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and athletic performance.
I’m walking alongside my clients, helping them navigate their experiences while also building skills for life. With a background as a school-based mental health clinician, I have developed a unique set of skills to meet young people where they are at and use our time wisely through leaning on evidence-based practices such as ACT, CBT, and DBT.
