If you are struggling in your relationship with others or with yourself, I am here to help you find safety, security, and a deeper level of connection. I work with couples and individuals with a special focus on clients who are dealing with cancer. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based method for working with couples to de-escalate negative patterns and increase closeness through new ways of relating to one another. When people feel safe and secure in their relationships, emotional healing becomes a much easier process. This inevitably includes the relationship you have with yourself.
My approach to therapy is based on your success. While there are countless models of therapy, none can claim a 100% success rate. That's why I use an integrative and wholistic approach that is always responsive to whatever works best for you. If something doesn't work, that means it's time to do something else, and I encourage your feedback regularly.
Many people show up for therapy when life feels too big to handle alone. I bring an intentionally calm and caring presence to our sessions because they are meant to be a safe place where you can grow while being guided by a professional who always has your best interests in mind.
