My approach is client-centered, practical, and focused on helping you build structure, develop healthier coping skills, and make meaningful changes at your own pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out — you just need a place to start, and I’m here to support you through that process
With more than 20 years of experience in the field of helping others, I have become a passionate advocate for underserved populations and the LGBTQIA+ community. By utilizing evidence-based treatment methods like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Creative Arts therapies, we offer
personalized guidance to our clients as they embark on their healing journey. As your support system or "village," we will be here for you every step of the way with acceptance and without judgment.
