About
For over a decade I have been a psychotherapist working with adults, teenagers, families, and couples. I focus my treatment on marital conflict, parenting, adolescents, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, anger and low self esteem.
By providing an open, caring, confidential and non-judgmental environment, I can help you to adjust better to situations in your life and to have a safe space to talk about your problems.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients grow and develop. CBT focuses on identifying unhealthy and self-destructive patterns of thought and behavior. Once identified, these patterns can be changed, resulting in a healthier, better functioning, and happier you! I very much look forward to working with you!
