About
*Currently accepting new clients, including late afternoon hours* Are you feeling anxious, sad, or depressed? Perhaps experiencing fears, flashbacks, or just a nervous or heavy sensation? Perhaps you just need an empathetic, listening ear? There is hope! I work together with my clients in a calm, non-judgmental, refreshing manner, identifying the source of the concerns, and then together attempting to clear it out from the source. The goal is often not just to manage symptoms, rather to completely eliminate them. I utilize a variety of models customized to the needs of each unique individual.
I work with individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), couples, and families, identifying negative causes and creatively working out solutions, in a safe environment. I collaborate with the client in identifying and integrating resources such as grounding and calming techniques. All models are customized to the client's comfort level.
I am a believer in the benefit of creating a healthy client-counselor therapeutic relationship. Therefore, I offer free short meet and greets, for those who would prefer to meet before scheduling an appointment. This enables the client to feel the potential in creating a working relationship together, before embarking on the therapeutic journey.
