Trained as a clinical social worker, I have a social justice perspective and consider how societal forces may be affecting individuals and the family system. I grew up white and culturally Jewish in one of the most diverse areas in the country. I know how uniquely impacted each of us can be by our identities, cultural upbringings, and childhood experiences.
