I’m a licensed counselor working primarily with couples and young adults navigating transitions, relationships, identity, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware people who are doing “fine” on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their next step on the inside. Our practice has a clinician for almost every issue. Give us a call to get started.
If you're located anywhere in NYS, our offices are setup to work with you virtually and our friendly receptionists will do everything to help you get started. If you're in our Johnson City area, the option to attend in person is also available.
My personal out of pocket fee is $195 a session, but we have therapists as low as $135 in our practice. We also offer payment plans and applications for reduced therapy prices. In addition, we supply insurance reimbursable receipts to provide your insurance for reimbursement. Call your insurance to ensure coverage (number on back of your insurance card).

We have 8 Mental Health Counselors on staff. A nice size building that's been recently renovated. It comes with plenty of parking. We are located in a safe neighborhood. There is a park, plenty of food, drinks, even a gym and bank nearby. We provide free amenities in our large waiting room.
