Hello! I am a person centered, trauma informed and strengths based counselor who loves working with children, teens, and adults who are feeling stuck or are struggling with life's challenges. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I enjoy play therapy and helping children and teens navigate life’s challenges with creativity and hope. I also incorporate mindfulness, somatic, and expressive arts techniques.
