From potty learning to puberty, I'm interested in working with youth and families at all stages. My background is split between early childhood and working with LGBTQ+ youth. I specialize in supporting clients navigating identity, behavioral issues, body image, anxiety, neurodivergence, foster care, relational conflicts, suicidal ideation, trauma, and life transitions. I offer a warm and welcoming space where clients can bring their whole selves. Together, we will move at a steady, supportive pace toward greater resilience, self-understanding, and more authentic, connected ways of living.
As a queer and trans-identified person, I understand how systems impact our lives and that our experiences are shaped by the relationships around us. I help families and youth build coping skills, process trauma, and strengthen connections through utilizing Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Nature-based interventions.
In today's society, especially if you hold marginalized identities, there are unique challenges and joys to navigate. It's not easy to reach out for help, and I'm thankful you're here.
