Meant for More is a 6-week virtual psychotherapy group for ambitious moms navigating the tension between motherhood, career aspirations, personal goals, and the desire to reconnect with themselves. Together, we'll explore identity, guilt, boundaries, burnout, and joy in a supportive space designed for growth and healing. Join us Saturdays at 10:00 AM alongside a small community of up to 10 women. You are more than the roles you carry and you don't have to choose between being a great mom and honoring yourself.
