My therapy style has a feminist-based approach and includes an EMDR, Somatic, and Relational therapeutic praxis. I am obtaining a second master’s degree in Women and Gender Studies, so I am deeply committed to understanding the societal, political, and historical factors that are impacting my clients.
My goal is to help you discover the parts of yourself that you had to disavow out of safety and protection. I believe healing emerges when memory is used as a tool to build wisdom.
