We work with adults and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or barely getting by. Many are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or substance use. Some are high-functioning but feel exhausted, disconnected, or quietly struggling underneath it all. Many also deal with the stress of living in Las Vegas, fast-paced work, and nightlife environments. We help clients understand what’s really going on beneath the symptoms and build healthier ways to cope. Our approach is supportive and down-to-earth. Elevate providers are trained in EMDR or Brainspotting to treat trauma and help you move forward.

If you have a hard time dealing with trauma, parenting stress, life transitions, work-life balance, overthinking, overwhelm, and much more, it can feel lonely and isolating. We use approaches like EMDR and Brainspotting to help people gently work through difficult or painful life experiences and find relief.
