Are you feeling stuck with traditional talk therapy? At Elevate, therapy is more than just talk: my approach is rooted in the science of embodiment. I offer creative, mind-body approaches that address trauma, anxiety, grief, stress management, life transitions, personal and spiritual growth. I utilize expressive approaches, such as aerial dance, creative movement, yoga, drawing and writing paired with interventions such as EMDR, CBT, and talk therapy to facilitate real and lasting change. I offer embodied therapy for a mind-body healing experience. As a licensed counselor, licensed teacher, yoga instructor, and aerial dancer, I offer unique mental health & wellness services for adults and children, including individual therapy, EMDR, small group therapy, expressive arts and creative movement workshops and aerial yoga.
