My approach to counseling is straightforward, realistic, and supportive, with a touch of humor, in a nonjudgmental environment. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to address underlying trauma and triggers that prevent a person from reaching their potential.
Elevate Counseling offers individual counseling, group therapy, and homework/organizational coaching to help you develop the skills necessary to elevate your life.
