Hello and welcome to the beginning of your journey to better self-awareness, growth, and understanding! I help clients learn skills to shift their thinking and find more enjoyment in life. My approach to counseling is straightforward, realistic, and supportive, with a touch of humor, in a nonjudgmental environment. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to address underlying trauma and triggers that prevent a person from reaching their potential.

Elevate Counseling offers individual counseling, group therapy, and homework/organizational coaching to help you develop the skills necessary to elevate your life. Specialties include adolescent development, anxiety disorders, the gifted population, parent/child communication, phobias, executive functioning disorders, self-esteem and disordered eating.
