I work with adults suffering from anxiety, depression, psychological and physical aftermaths of complex trauma. I help individuals who experience significant distress because of the hard relationships with their toxic parents or partner. In fact, the hidden wounds of childhood might provoke our excessive worries, intrusive unpleasant thoughts, mood problems, relational difficulties as well as physical pain. In my practice, I integrate components of several evidence-based therapeutic modalities: cognitive, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and body-centered psychotherapy approaches. I provide clients with concrete tools and techniques to help them improve emotion regulation, heal attachment wounds, and regain body-mind-spirit balance.
