About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who offers professional yet warm and caring help to those struggling with life's challenges. I have devoted my clinical work to assisting adult individuals with a broad spectrum of concerns. Specifically, I enjoy working with individuals in the following areas: depression and anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, low self-esteem, communication and relationship concerns.
In an empathetic and genuine manner, I will help you examine your specific problem. We will work collaboratively to create an individualized plan that meets your needs so that you can ultimately achieve your goals.
Many of my therapeutic techniques are based on academic and research supported strategies and interventions. I am deeply committed to helping individuals develop a sense of peace and well-being, enhance their quality of life, and improve overall health. Please check out my website at www.elenimalamis.com.
