As a bilingual therapist, I work to bring cultural competency and years of experience to our space. Are you an international college/grad student or an expat? Drawing on years of international work and personal values-based training, I am passionate about helping individuals build self-esteem, resilience, and a strong sense of self—especially when cultures shift, values feel at odds, or trauma complicates the path forward. I have done work in Qatar, India, Bahrain, Spain, and multiple countries in South America.
