It is my goal to meet you where you are and utilize tools that will best fit you and your life. I offer evidenced based Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) which is considered the gold standard for couples therapy. Based in attachment theory, EFT is designed to help you and your partner restructure your bond and exit the negative cycles you find yourselves returning to.

I’m trained in Transformational EMDR. This process allows you to break free from negative core beliefs and shift to your positive core belief system. EMDR is not only appropriate for those that have experienced trauma, but also those that have experienced distress from experiences that are getting in the way of living a fulfilling life.

I believe you are the expert of your own life and it is my honor to walk along side you on your healing journey.
