I specialize in narcissistic recovery, multicultural and identity issues, panic and anxiety, and perimenopause/menopause. I work with clients who may identify with having an emotionally immature or narcissistic caregiver, and as a result experience panic, anxiety, or depression. I also treat relief from burnout, exhaustion, and creative insecurity.
