As a Mexican-American with a background in non-profit youth work, I have a strong lens of family systems, diversity, and attachment theory. I am most experienced working with couples & individuals and teens aged 13+. I specialize in OCD & anxiety, men's and women's issues, perfectionism, and complex trauma especially as it relates to family of origin.
