Life is a journey with many different challenging seasons. You might be feeling stuck by current or past traumas, low self esteem, ongoing anxiety or depression, or unfulfilled relationships. It is my hope to provide an authentic and caring environment that will allow my clients to embrace the pain that is a necessary part of change and navigate the difficult seasons of life successfully.
I take a holistic approach to counseling, looking at all aspects of my clients and their situations. I work primarily with adult women and specialize in grief and loss, trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety/depression, issues of faith and spirituality, and identity. I also provide supervision for licensure and EMDR consultation.

EMDR Consultation groups for therapists
I run consultation groups for therapists who have been trained in EMDR and desire to continue consultation for either personal growth or to become an EMDRIA Certified therapist. Group meets once a month via Zoom.
