I practice from an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens, which focuses on how our relationships shape our emotional health, self-esteem, and sense of safety. I use a person-centered, emotionally focused approach to create a supportive therapeutic space centered on healing, growth, and relationships.
I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing relationship difficulties, including infidelity, conflict, betrayal & broken trust. Trained by Dr. Ramani Durvasula on narcissistic abuse, I use a creative approach, blending IFS, EFT, and Gottman Methods to meet the client where they are.
I am a queer affirming provider, and am passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community. I have experience working with trans and non-binary youth and queer relationships. I also have experience working with survivors of domestic violence. I am passionate about helping you build upon your strengths, and create the life that you desire.
