I am a somatic Gestalt therapist and Jungian analyst with 10+ years of experience, and a faculty at Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. I practice a body-oriented, relational, and culturally sensitive approach, specializing in working with survivors of dysfunctional upbringing, acute and chronic trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, women's issues, spirituality, and psychedelic integration.
Working from embodied relational approach, I view my client’s physical experience as intrinsic to their emotional and cognitive functioning. I work in a present moment, blending traditional “talk” therapy with somatic interventions, such as working with breath, movement, and body sensation, and nervous system work through grounding and guided meditation.
