Groups
Partners Impacted by Betrayal Trauma
Group for partners of people addicted to sex or pornography and/or people who've been impacted by infidelity. This weekly group will begin with few core members, and we will add new people selectively as it continues. This will be a safe space for people who've been hurt and who may have a hard time finding other places in their lives to talk about this to come together for community and healing. We'll discuss the science of addiction, infidelity, healthy relationships, boundaries, communication, self-care, and practical, brain-based ways to regain senses of safety and control.
