I practice Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a somatic, holistic modality. I help you get to know the parts of yourself and make the space for all parts to be heard and healed. I provide you with the tools you need to find relief, truly take care of yourself, have greater choice and gain peace of mind. My mission is to collaborate with you to help you to live a more peaceful, vibrant, connected, pleasure-full, and engaged life.
I specialize in working with women struggling with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, low self-esteem, guilt, anger, burn-out, and trauma. I also specialize in working with those in the helping professions, including therapists and medical professionals. I have experience working with PTSD, self-harm, ADHD/ADD, sexual identity, & life transitions.
