My goal is to provide that space for you, where you can feel heard and supported as we navigate your journey together. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) originally from Baltimore, MD. I graduated from Towson University with my B.S. and Syracuse University with my M.S.

I strive to use my openness, humor, and compassion to create an environment where people feel comfortable and safe. I utilize a variety of counseling techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and person-centered approaches.
