My style is strongly influenced by Psychodynamic Therapy, which cultivates deeper self-awareness, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which explores the connection between our body and our mental well-being.
I specialize in Anxiety and Overthinking, ADHD, complex Trauma, and helping clients strengthen intimacy and build healthier relationships.
