Compassionate, solution-focused, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18+ years of experience delivering individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy to all ages. My goal is to help you figure out how to meet the demands of day-to-day life while also seeking the opportunities to enjoy life as well.
The first session is an opportunity for you to get to know your therapist and decide whether they are the right fit for you. Typically, I start of the session with some disclaimers (confidentiality, mandated reporter, paperwork questions).
