Girls Yoga Talk
1 hour of yoga followed by 1 hour of group therapy where girls will journal and talk. Adolescence can be a time of turbulence, uncertainty and social pressure. Yoga can help girls develop a foundation that builds physical and inner strength, enables confidence and self-esteem and provides tools to effectively manage critical stages in their lives. Yoga can also help girls to begin to develop a mind-body connection, increase flexibility, promote better posture and to relieve every day stress through breathing.
