About
Hi! Are you feeling overwhelmed by the world? Do you feel tempted to numb out? If you do, you may identify as an introvert and/or even as a highly sensitive person (HSP). This may be your first time hearing about HSPs.
We can work together to better understand yourself and how to move through the world without having to numb out or use unhealthy coping skills. Therapy like life can be difficult at times, and having a guide with you can help.
As a fellow introvert and HSP, I understand how difficult it can be to navigate through today’s very extroverted and loud society. If you are ready and want to go on this journey with me, I look forward to partnering up with you.
