I frequently work with adults of all ages who feel overwhelmed by life transitions or stagnant and numb, unable to accomplish deeply-held dreams or to access their innate creativity. I offer a whimsical yet structured approach to therapy and enjoy discovering your unique strengths and capacities for resilience and hope. I especially enjoy working with those who feel haunted by their past and have experienced trauma.
I am an EMDRIA certified therapist, which means I have had additional supervision and training to help us navigate through unhelpful beliefs or previous traumas that might be holding you back. I also enjoy working with clients with OCD (including religious scrupulosity) and binge eating disorders. I use assertiveness skills training to support our work.
