If you’ve been struggling with anxiety like the rest of us, stressing about your “it’s complicated” relationship, trying to make new moves or break old patterns, or just looking to have a safe, “made to order” space to talk about literally anything and everything else, you’ve found the right page! Especially if you’re: • A recovering people pleaser or HSP • A teen struggling with being a teen • A young adult figuring out college or adulting • Struggling to have/keep relationships • Generally feeling lost/unsure of yourself. Wandering through this life doesn’t always have to suck, and you definitely don’t have to do it all alone.
Working with me isn't like the uber clinical setting you may have seen or experienced before! I like to describe my approach as more of a comfortable conversation with the benefit of confidentiality. I’ve been told this helps my clients share things they haven’t dared say out loud before and feel safe enough to do so without feeling shamed or analyzed.
I currently offer a combo of virtual appts in Wisconsin & in person sessions in Appleton, WI. I know this can feel like a luxury type of investment so I offer self pay options and take insurance.
