The mission of Elements Counseling is to offer therapy, psychoeducation and support to individuals, families, and youth. Elements help foster healthy behaviors and choices for those referred by our community partners, the judicial system, veteran affairs and through self-referrals. Elements offers youth, families, and individuals’ best practices and evidence-based treatments for those struggling with relationships, substance abuse, mental health, and personal crisis. Elements provides an array of services for the family and the community.
Elements is dedicated to building and restoring our communities by strengthening families and youth’s self-esteem to make healthy choices for their futures. We facilitate through providing group, psychoeducation, workshops, interventions, and prevention services. Elements also aid families through divorce mediation, custody, and supervised visitation.
Our counselors offer a friendly safe environment to allow self-discovery, problem solving and self-exploration to help reduce personal and family problems. The goal is to help strengthen and promote growth, to develop and enhance coping skills for those times and situations it is needed the most. Elements Counseling Inc. is here to help.

Groups
Parenting / Anger Management (Court/Probation/CWS)
Elements offers the Court mandated Parenting/Child Abuse/Positive Parenting, and Anger management, psychoeducation/therapy groups. Groups are either 12 weeks, 24 weeks, or 52 weeks. They are offered in English only. Sign ups are on Mondays between 11:00AM-12:00PM or between 3:00PM-5:00PM at the office. You must bring your court or probation documents and $75.00 for enrollment. We do not accept insurance for this service. ALL groups are held on Mondays either through in person or Telehealth pending your location of residence. Groups sessions are $35.00 per week.
