The mission of Elements Counseling Group is to offer therapy, psycho-education and support to individuals, families and youth. Elements will foster healthy behaviors and choices for those referred by the judicial system, our community partners and through self referrals. Elements offers youth, families, and individuals best practices and evidence based treatments for those struggling with relationships, substance abuse, mental health and personal crisis. Elements facilitates through individual, group, psycho-education, workshops, interventions and prevention services. Elements aids families through divorce mediation, custody and supervised visitation.

Elements offers many groups/psycho-educations/workshops: Parenting/Child Abuse/Positive Parenting, Anger management, Youth Offender Program, Theft Awareness, Drug Diversion, Family support, Co-dependency, Adjustment to Single parenthood, Positive Mindfulness, Youth Leadership, Dual Diagnosis, Crisis Intervention, Teen Substance Abuse Education, Communication techniques, Life Skills Management, Positive Family interaction, Healthy Couples, Mom's and kids, Teen DUI prevention, Bullying prevention. Groups are either 12 weeks, 24 weeks, or 52 weeks. They are offered in English and Spanish.

Our focus of these groups is to help with specific topics affecting current and future choices, goals, self esteem, mindfulness, emotional intelligence and relationship issues.
