Room to Breathe
Anxiety Skills & Support for High-Achieving Women - Room to Breathe is a six-week virtual psychoeducational group for high-achieving women who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, and the pressure to hold everything together. Through practical education, guided skills practice, and supportive discussion, we’ll explore ways to manage stress, set healthier boundaries, soften self-criticism, and make space for your needs. Women in leadership and those navigating perimenopause or menopause are welcome. You don’t have to have everything figured out to participate. The group meets weekly for 60 minutes with six participants.
