What they share is a motivated determination to be free of past trauma, grief, depression, anger, PTSD symptoms, reoccurring thoughts, and reactive life patterns. Currently direct referrals and state licensed therapists seeking to do their own IFS work are the majority of my caseload.

I am a Certified IFS Therapist, Level 3 and IFSI Approved Clinical Consultant. I have utilized Inner Healing Prayer since 2002. A Christian mentor/sponsor in 12-step recovery since 2005. Trained in EFT 2013. EMDR Certified 2017-2019. Certified to teach Circle of Security attachment parenting course 2017.
My sessions are emotion focused and experiential. IFS is the modality utilized. Life change and walking in freedom is the point. If you could have reasoned your way out of your emotional pain you would have by now.
