I’ve worked for over 20 years with people of diverse races, ethnicities, nationalities, sexual orientations, gender identities, partnership and family structures, religions, philosophies, occupations, and lifestyles. I support adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and personal growth. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and tailored to you. We may work through mindfulness, narrative, graduated exposure, and insight-building to support clarity, balance, and healing.

My passion is to collaborate in a thoughtful, personalized therapeutic process. I offer sessions in person or via telehealth and am currently accepting new clients on a limited basis, depending on availability and provider agreements.
