Element Counseling was established by Stephanie Miller, LPC, CCTP, in 2023. Our therapists are highly trained and provide a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet your specific style and needs. At Element Counseling, we adopt a holistic approach to mental wellness, combining evidence-based practices with cultural influences to provide personalized and comprehensive treatment to our clients, enabling them to achieve sustainable positive change. We specialize in complex trauma, substance abuse and recovery, perinatal mental health and women's issues, LGBTQIA+, adolescents, veterans and first responders, neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, grief, and life changes. We use EMDR, ART, ERP, DBT, IFS and solution-focused approaches to help our clients reach their goals. We offer free 15-min consultation
