Founded in 2023 by Stephanie Miller, PhD, LPC, CCTP, Element Counseling is dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services tailored to your unique needs. Our highly trained therapists offer a range of therapeutic approaches, including: Individual and couples therapy, Group therapy, testing for Autism, ADHD, and learning disorders, and Immigration evaluations for hardship waivers and cancellation of removal. We embrace a holistic approach to deliver personalized, comprehensive care, empowering our clients to achieve lasting positive change. We specialize in trauma, substance abuse, women's issues, LGBTQIA+, adolescents, veterans and first responders, neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, grief, and life changes. We use EMDR, ART, ERP, DBT, IFS and solution-focused approaches to help our clients reach their goals. We also provide testing for ADHD and Autism as well as immigration evaluations.
We know taking the step to begin therapy is not always easy. At Element Counseling, we believe that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health. We also offer reduced self-pay rates for our Associates and Interns.

This DBT centered group focuses on building coping skills and mindfulness techniques that can be used in times of stress or dysregulation. In-person in Arlington, Thursdays 6:00 pm CST. $40/Group with reduced rates available for those with financial need. Limited Space.
