I’m Eleena. I'm a trauma & Brainspotting therapist. I’m passionate about helping women heal from their past resentments, let go of guilt, & stop feeling on edge/ exhausted all the time. I am also a dog mom of 2 & I love cooking & spending time outside. My gentle grounded perspective is aimed at helping you find balance, boundaries, & prioritizing self-care.
