I am committed to helping people learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves, their loved ones, and the world. Our work together will target past experiences, present life concerns, and steps towards your future life. I believe in giving the body its due and a collaborative approach to helping clients gently bring their mind and body back together. I believe that sometimes, we need a somatic approach to help the body heal alongside the mind.
I work well with people struggling with life transitions and dissatisfaction with their current lives. I often work with people navigating complicated family dynamics and those who wish to address past trauma in the mind and body. I use an eclectic approach, including Brainspotting, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing. I additionally offer sound healing.
I am a member of the American Counseling Association, the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association, the International Association of Trauma Professionals, the Rocky Mountain Brainspotting Institute, Somatic Experiencing International, Postpartum Support International, and the Vibrational Sound Association.
