I am committed to helping people learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves, loved ones, and communities. Our work together will target past experiences, present life challenges, and steps towards your future life. I believe in giving the body its due and supporting you in gently bringing your mind and body back together. I believe that sometimes, we need to feel our way through difficult situations and emotions, rather than just thinking our way through hard times. I use an eclectic approach, including Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, & Somatic Experiencing.

I work well with individuals who are struggling with past difficult events, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I work well with new parents, especially in the pregnant and postpartum period. I often work with people navigating complex family dynamics, processing past trauma, and working to improve their mind-body connection.

I most often use Bodyspotting (somatic brainspotting) and parts work. Our first session is an interview where we explore your history, the symptoms bringing you to therapy, and identify goals. Early on, we work on building inner & outer resources to prepare for deeper work. Most people attend weekly sessions for the first year or so and often move to biweekly later.
