Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or questions about identity, sexuality, and/or spirituality. Some come to therapy feeling stuck in painful relationship patterns or struggling with dating, intimacy, or sexual shame. Others are also seeking support around navigating and exploring alternative romantic or sexual lifestyles. In therapy, we will explore how early experiences, attachment patterns, and internal conflicts shape present-day emotions and relationships, and we work to develop more authentic and fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others.
I offer psychodynamic, person-centered, and emotionally-focused therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, dating, infidelity, and questions around intimacy and sexuality. I also integrate IFS, ERP, and ACT when helpful, tailoring therapy to each client’s goals and needs.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when the topics you want to explore involve relationships, sexuality, or identity. You deserve a space where you can speak openly and be understood without judgment. If this resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out and see if working together feels like a good fit!
