Welcome! I’m so glad you made it here. My name is Ellee. I'm a licensed counselor who specializes in complex trauma, borderline personality disorder, and suicidal ideation. I am a solo practitioner and owner of Cerebella Integrative Counseling. The type of clients I fit best with are often those who would describe themselves as “too emotional,” "stuck in the past," “sensitive,” or have been through therapy already and "have a lot of awareness but no one can tell me how to actually change." I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). With these two approaches blended together I find my clients are better able to function in their day-to-day while also working on the deeper rooted concerns they come into therapy looking to better understand.
I strive to balance change with acceptance in the therapy room which means we can work towards your goals in a way that feels safe but still feels like progress.
