With over 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, my practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional and physical well-being. I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact that psychological distress and chronic pain can have on someone's life. I specialize in working with clients who face chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, and depression, tailoring therapeutic approaches designed to meet the needs of each individual in order to foster resilience, healing, and personal growth.
In addition to being a Licensed Psychologist, I am certified in hypnosis by the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH). I use hypnosis as well as other evidence-based techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and EMDR in order to meet the unique needs of each client.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to fostering a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, heal, and ultimately thrive.
