My specialty is using play and art therapy to engage with kids and teens, ages 3-19, and their families who are coping with big feelings. This may include: emotional regulation, behavioral problems, depression, anxiety, stress, socialization issues, dating, isolation, perfectionism, difficulty adapting to change, or family conflict.
